Chaine Memorial Tower - Larne, County Antrim - County Antrim
Chaine Memorial Tower was built in 1888 on the entrance to Larne port. It was a memorial to James Chaine, a former MP for Antrim, who died in 1885. Chaine developed Larne as a port with a short route to Scotland. Larne-Stranraer and Larne-Cairnryan is still a busy ferry route as you can see.
