Red Dipped Sheep of the Mournes

Red Dipped Sheep of the Mournes - Mourne Mountains
A strong cold wind was blowing from left to right as I made my way between Slievenaglogh and Corragh in the Mourne Mountains. The Mourne Wall was providing great shelter for me from the buffeting winds and through the thick mist I could see blotches of red ahead. Surreal! When I got closer I realised the red blotches were sheep! A flock of over 20 sheep were also using the Mourne Wall to shelter from the biting wind!

The mist lifts over Ben Crom Reservoir - Mournes
